ACNE HELP

Hi Guys,
I suffer from acne and I guess I am not alone with this skin problem. It really ruins my life day by day. No medicines can make it better..I tried out lots of them. But I never stop fighting against and just recently found a new book about Acne. It seems to be good and promising, but I am not an expert.. and therefore, it would help me a lot if you could have a look and tell me your opinion about, if it is worth reading or not.

I ask everybody who has had or still has acne or someone who knows the disease in theory.
