Like Nodule Acne, I find Cystic Acne To Be Deep, Huge And PAINFUL.

I got some Rooibos Tea Double Red Rooibos at my local organic market day before yesterday, because I had a sore throat and wanted to get a couple different kinds of tea to drink hot to help with my throat. I've had severe acne for more than 10 years and i have a complete collection of acne cream and face wash in my possession. I've been drinking green tea for 5 - 6 months now, there were some improvements but not as good as i was expecting and the caffeine present in green tea didn't do any good either. But seriously ?
