Potential Foods that Cause Acne
NEW! Jump to Foods That Cause Acne Forum! Have you ever wondered if certain foods were causing your acne? Well, you're NOT alone! Many people who deal with acne, have asked the same question.
I realize this is a delicate subject and possibly controversial. Most doctors will NOT agree with me that some foods for some people "triggers" acne. Although, I may not have a problem eating chocolate....I personally know for a FACT that when I eat PEANUTS, even the smallest amount, I am guaranteed to breakout. GUARANTEED! There are other
causes of acne, besides foods that cause acne
,but I am dedicating this page to just foods. Below you will find a list of Potential foods that have been known to cause acne, and an open forum for you and other visitors to share their experiences on the foods that trigger acne.
Foods That May Cause Acne
•
Peanuts
Are you like me and love peanuts as a late night salty snack, but regret your choice a couple days later? Peanuts could be a cause of acne for you, like it is for me. • Cow's Milk HORMONES HORMONES HORMONES!!!! Need I say more? We're talking about a COW"S OWN HORMONES and the injected hormones a cow receives in order to produce milk at such a high quantity. These hormones in excess have the potential to cause more than acne, but I'll try to keep my strong anti-milk opinion to just acne.
