Because of its mild formula, I was able to use this cleanser 2 times per day, with no problem. I cleansed once in the morning and again before bedtime.

Directions for use of this product:

Apply liberally, massage onto face for 1-2 minutes with wet fingertips and leave on face for 1 minute. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, followed by a cold water rinse. Pat dry.

And don't forget, your cleanser should:

• Contain a good bacteria fighting agent
• Gently exfoliate

Tip: While treating your skin, especially with glycolic acid products, it's important to protect your skin from sun damage. Remember to use an acne moisturizer with sunblock.
