Reviva Labs Glycolic Acid Facial Cleanser...gentler yet effective
First-timer to glycolic acid products? Great! Reviva Labs Glycolic Acid Facial Cleanser was created with you in mind. With only 2% glycolic acid, this rich and creamy cleanser has just enough active ingredient to notice great results, without the sometimes harsh glycolic acid side effects. This was the first line of glycolic acid products I started with a few years ago. I began to notice results almost instantly and then noticed amazing results in a couple of weeks. Reviva Labs
Glycolic Acid Facial Cleanser proved effective on my mild types of acne,
as well as my severe acne
nodules
and
cysts.
In combination I used Reviva Labs 5% Glycolic Acid Cream, but recently graduated to their 10% Glycolic Acid Cream. Once again...AMAZING RESULTS! Advertised for mature skin (that would be me) or sun-damaged skin, Reviva Labs Glycolic Acid Facial Cleanser works wonders for acne! With this unique cleanser you get the dual benefits of an active ingredient
(glycolic acid)
that fights acne and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Speaking of unique, this cleanser is soap-free, oil-free hydrophilic (water activated) cleanser. It does not leave behind any soap or oil residue. This allows glycolic acid to do "its work", gently exfoliating, lifting away unwanted sebum (oil), make-up and dirt. This Glycolic Acid facial Cleanser has a unique silky feel to it. You actually feel it working. Afterwards, you are left with a smoother complexion. The price is very reasonable at $11.99 for a 4oz. bottle. You may think that is a small bottle, but a little goes a long way. I purchased this cleanser at Ulta. Try ordering it at www.ulta.com. Because of its mild formula, I was able to use this cleanser 2 times per day, with no problem. I cleansed once in the morning and again before bedtime. Directions for use of this product: Apply liberally, massage onto face for 1-2 minutes with wet fingertips and leave on face for 1 minute. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, followed by a cold water rinse. Pat dry. And don't forget, your cleanser should:
• Contain a good bacteria fighting agent • Gently exfoliate
Tip: While treating your skin, especially with glycolic acid products, it's important to protect your skin from sun damage. Remember to use an acne moisturizer with sunblock.
