As you may already know, one of the main roots to acne is excessive oily skin. Getting control of your oily skin is very important, if you are to knock out your acne.

So, Where Does Oily Prone Skin Come From?

Oily prone skin is one of the major causes of acne. Excess sebum oil collects on the surface of our skin, along with dirt, make-up and dead skin cells. All this causes a blockage in our hair follicles. When this happens we then have acne.

I know from personal experience, if I'm able to control oily skin, then I have a better chance in controlling my acne.
