For me nodule acne is always deep, huge, and painful and stays with me the longest.
These lesions are solid irregular in shape, usually one centimeter or larger. They are deeper under the skin and feel firm to the touch. Along with the other serious forms of acne, this type of acne can wreak havoc on ones face, body and self esteem and cause scarring.
