Out Of Puberty And Finally Free From Acne

by Bethany
(Michigan)

Just wanted to share with preteens and teens that hormones had a lot to do with my acne. Now that my hormones are more balanced, I have way fewer pimples. I'm now 26, but I started to have a few pimples here and there around the age of 10 and by the age of 17, I had full blown serious acne and all over my body. I had acne on my face, neck, back, buttock, arms and sometimes legs.

The turning point came when I started to limit the stress in my life, eat healthier, drink more water, and stick to an acne regimen that worked for me. For me BP worked on my acne the best.

Good luck everyone! It does get better!
