DAY 3 of Rooibos Tea for acne

I started this tea Sunday night and ALREADY have noticed a difference in my skin (Tuesday).

PROS: I have had moderate acne for 10 years, and only recently have I noticed severe (I mean paintful) flare ups: I'm 24 years old and thought "why now?!" It turns out I have been drinking more coffee than I ever have (ELIMINATE COFFEE FROM YOUR DIET!!!) so removing coffee from my diet I'm sure has helped, but the Rooibos Tea has already helped dry up the pimples I had and made my skin much less oily.

CONS: I do find it gives me mild headaches, but I'll take the headaches over the acne anyday!

Green Tea works also, but stick with Rooibos, it's quicker and more effective in my opinion!

I got some Rooibos Tea Double Red Rooibos at my local organic market day before yesterday, because I had a sore throat and wanted to get a couple different kinds of tea to drink hot to help with my throat. This morning, I looked in the mirror and noticed, even though I've been awfully sick, how good my face looks. I'll have to get back to y'all about how I look in a week or two, but if this is the power of Red Rooibos Tea, I'm sold!

This Rooibos tea calmed down my acne!

I have teenage acne and it bothers me. Recently I purchaced Starbucks Vanilla Rooibos tea. After drinking a few cups i felt so much better! My acne calmed down and i felt good about myself! Thanks so much!
