Everyone is different, and I have found that many foods that aren't compatible with my blood type tend to cause breakouts.
Major effectors:
wheat/gluten
dairy,
corn,
processed foods for me:
After being on a high raw diet for a year, I also noticed that foods such as
*avocado
& Olive Oil tended to make me break out as well.
Now I stay away from tons of high fatty foods, eat fresh, wholesome & raw produce, and my skin is better than ever.
